 When the mixed materials go into the buffer hopper on the top roof of lime kiln ,Our company’s rotary distributing device starts to operate ,the mixed materials will be evenly distributed inside the kiln , when it’s done ,the rotary distributing device stops working. The materials inside  lime kiln start to warm up in preheating zone  ,then burning in calcining zone and cooling down in cooling zone. There’re 4 sticks of thermocouples in each upper and lower part of calcining  zone, they’re  used to detect the calcined case and prevent imbalance of calcination. To guarantee the normal operation of quicklime production ,Our company developed a disc type discharging device ,avoid the unbalanced influence to fire layer in calcining zone when discharging, resolved the problem of agglomeration . Quick lime fall into ail-lock device ,then close the upper valve ,open the lower valve, unload the quick lime through the lower valve . Hydraulic air-lock resolved the problem which fan has to shut down when discharging , acquired the national patent .
Whole production line is controlled by PLC system, All operations of equipments will synchronous display on the computer screen .With  frequency counter and control cabinet, the lime kiln can fulfill fully automated production.
Environmental system using three-stages dust desulfurization technology ,composed by first stage cyclone dust removal ,second stage high temperature pulse bag filter and the third stage desulfurization tower .The exhaust gas first go through the cyclone dust removal , dust in the exhaust gas will be separated out under the centrifugal effect ,then the rest gas go enter the high temperature bag filter , the small particles will be isolated out the bag through filtration ,then shaken off by injected gas from pulse valve. At last the gas go into water filter, with reaction of acid-base neutralization and water washing in alkaline solution,the gas will  remove  all particle  dusts  and sulfur .
